We got these for some new dining room chairs that only came with sticky pads on the legs. We are really pleased with how they work. We had to plane the ends of the legs slightly to flatten them off then drilled them into place. The work really well to protect the wooden floor.

One nylon slider went missing from under bed leg, now all are supported with these screw on ones much better.

I have used your adhesive gliders before. Although they are very effective on my Kardean floor. They had a limited life. So I have tried the screw in variety. They are equally effective and I hope a more permanent solution. If they do wear out they can easily be replaced.

Bought new chairs for the new kitchen and fitted the self-adhesive felt pads that came with the chairs. These were coming off in days. Sent for these screw-on glides and problem solved. They allow the chair to move easily across the Karndean floor but the chair stays put when seated. Perfect solution and would use again.
