The glides do not work as well as expected. I have attached them to the legs of 6 dining chairs on an Amtico/linoleum type floor covering but have not achieved a satisfactory glide effect. They appear to be ok when moving chairs forward but in reverse there is no glide effect rather a noisy juddering effect. I have checked the glides for dirt and unevenness but can see nothing obvious interfering with use.
I would appreciate some technical advice as to why ?

I ordered a variety of sizes and shapes of self adhesive gliders which arrived very swiftly.

Having had a minor issue with the gliders coming off the front legs of a few of chairs I sent an email to the sales contact address. I was delighted to be telephoned later that day and talked through the problem with a very helpful man who resolved it very quickly and sent alternative screw on pads at no charge.

Such friendly and helpful service is becoming a rarity these days. It’s refreshing to use a supplier with such a no quibble customer focused approach.

Excellent product and service

Bought to fix to the feet of ercol bar stools. The adhaesive is not adequate for the job. We have now fixed with superglue. Fingers crossed

Used these on some heavy upholstered kitchen chairs on a vinyl floor which is mopped regularly. Felt pads did not last. Teflon is excellent, but there was a problem with the adhesive, perhaps due to remnants of previous pads. A small dab of gorilla glue has made everything secure and completed the job satisfactorily.

I've been fitting felt type gliders every few months, waste of time, these are perfect even for large items of furniture. Fast delivery as well

Good product ,great service

So easy to use preserving my floors but making life so much easier to move things too!

The glides are fine and have remained stuck to the bottom of our dining room chairs for over a month so far.
The customer service was excellent. Due to my own mistake the delivery address was incorrect which I only noticed on the confirmation email. A quick email to customer service sorted the issue. The glides were despatched very quickly. Also good that I could order the exact number I needed.
